Are in-person internships paid?

The vast majority are unpaid. We look for opportunities that allow our interns to gain the best possible experience while adhering to local laws and visa restrictions.

Our goal is to find the best possible internship placements that will provide our participants with real-world responsibilities and the skills they will need for the future. If a host organization offers a stipend or another form of compensation, participants are welcome to accept it, however, it is not guaranteed. The true focus is on the immense professional growth!

For this reason, Time Magazine reports that 88% of our interns do gain graduate-level employment within 3 months of completing their internship.
