Where are they now?

Success stories from our program alumni.

Alumni Spotlight: Erik Stettler

Harvard Business School graduate and Director of Social Atom Ventures, Erik Stettler, talks about his internship in Colombia and how it helped him get to where he is today. “You owe it to yourself right now and for the rest of your life to apply yourself and get out of your comfort zone. You can always stay at home. There’s always a safer option but you owe it to yourself to learn about new cultures because you will only ever truly learn about yourself when you’ve seen yourself in different circumstances.”

Yvette, London Program

“I believe that international experience is a great way to make your CV stand out from everyone else's in the pile.”

University of South Australia graduate, Yvette, completed her PR internship in London. After her internship, she was offered a job in London for an independent not for profit green finance company. "My internship program both cemented and changed my mind about what I wanted to do with my career. I know that I definitely want to work in PR but the industry that I want to work in has changed a bit. I'm now working in an environmental green finance job which I love and gives me the opportunity to make the world a better place."

Josh, Latin America Program

The combination of practical experience and what she learned about herself during the internship was the most invaluable part of the program for her. She learned about entire skill sets that she didn’t know she had and gained the confidence to go out into the world and continue to achieve.
