      Thanks for your message and your interest in our program. It is the decision of the host companies that our interns are placed with if they offer a salary, and typically they are unpaid. The purpose of our program is to gain transferable skills to build up a resume/CV and make our alumni strong candidates to get a job down the line because of that experience.
